Collin's First Birthday

I can't believe Collin is already ONE! How the time flies! We had a construction themed party with hard hats for all the kids, caution tape and signs for yielding and kids at play. There were eight kids and eight trucks or tractors given as gifts, respectively! Eric decorated the cake with a little guidance and creativity from me and the bakery at HEB. Collin was a pro at diving right into the cupcake...he only needed one little lick to get him going---and the pictures tell the rest! We had a blast and both kids were pooped and in bed by 6:45!

New Year's Eve 2009

We spent New Year's Eve with the Redfords (Jarred, Kerry, JT and Missy). We started out the night with dinner then some play time for the kids--which included our first go at sparklers with Grace. She loved them! Then we got the kids ready for bed from some Wii entertainment...as you see Missy was all about helping Eric play!

D-I-S-H-E-R-S!

This is what we do on our down time: Collin eats dirt out of the plant in the living room, Grace plays on slides inside the house, Eric takes Collin on a ride down the bounce slide, Grace gets to toy around with an F-18, Collin hangs out at the front door to watch ???, Grace talks to the fish at the aquarium, and I am behind the scenes snapping the photos! What a CUTE, busy crew!
